Description
Bienvenue à Playa Flamingo C, un bungalow moderne et confortable situé face à l'emblématique Playa Flamingo aux sables blancs à Playa Blanca. Ce logement est idéal pour les familles qui cherchent à profiter de vacances en bord de mer avec tout le confort nécessaire.
Le bungalow peut accueillir 3 adultes et est distribué en 1 chambre avec lit double, climatisation et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il dispose de 1 salle de bain complète avec douche. La surface totale du bien est de 55 mètres carrés, parfaite pour un séjour confortable et accueillant.
La cuisine américaine est complètement équipée avec une plaque de cuisson, un four, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, une cafetière, un grille-pain, une bouilloire et tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour préparer vos repas. Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé, d'une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, d'une télévision avec plusieurs chaînes dans plusieurs langues et d'un accès direct à la terrasse avec vue sur la mer.
Le complexe offre d'excellents services partagés qui incluent des piscines standard et chauffée, une zone enfants avec jeux, restaurants, bars, supermarchés et des activités comme le football et le tennis. De plus, l'appartement dispose d'un coffre-fort, d'une connexion WiFi et d'une climatisation par pièces.
L'emplacement est privilégié, à seulement 50 mètres de Flamingo Beach et à 10 minutes à pied du vieux port de Playa Blanca. Aux alentours, vous trouverez le supermarché Playa Flamingo à 30 mètres, Aqualava à 600 mètres, Golf Puerto del Carmen à 24 kilomètres et l'aéroport de Guacimeta à 35 kilomètres. La plage dispose de chaises longues, de parasols et est protégée par des roches naturelles qui agissent comme brise-lames.
Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Le stationnement est extérieur. Il est permis de fumer dans la propriété. Les groupes de jeunes sont les bienvenus. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés.

We were very happy with this appartment in Playa Flamingo,the location is beautiful, close to restaurants, the beach and a lovely promenade which brings you as far as the gorgeous Marina Rubicon and in the other direction to the lighthouse. The area is beautifully kept and clean. The appartment was clean and well equipped and a perfect base from which to explore Lanzarote

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was lovely package on arrival - milk, some nibbles and biscuits, cereal, and a bottle of wine :-) The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, tableware and utensils. The bathroom was nice, good water pressure in the shower, and it was well maintained. It is a nice and spacious unit, though a little hot in the evenings compared to outside. An AC unitvent in the living area would make it even better. There was an issue with the wi-fi which they went out of their way to try to fix. Unfortunately it did not work for long, but this wasn't their fault as it seemed to be a wider problem at the resort. When trying to fix the issue they were polite and prompt and kept us informed. Overall, a very nice stay and we would definitely consider returning

This apartment was a really lovely place to stay. Quiet but close to all of the pools, near to the restaurants on the beach, very clean and airy. We were surprised to see how everything you might need had been provided but the space still felt clear of clutter. The terrace is great for sunbathing, the bed is comfy and opening the bedroom shutters on hot days let's air travel through the whole place. We loved it and would definitely return. Parking is easy, which if you're using a hire car to explore the island is good news. Great all round, very secure and a good base for a great holiday.

It was a cold week for Lanzarote and there was no heating. The toilet needed bleach to remove stains. Heavy rain caused water to come in under the door. There were nice tea cups...plus

There were nice tea cups, but no tea-pot (I bought one and left it). Salt and pepper would have been good - the first place I've stayed that doesn't have them.
