Benvenuto a Playa Flamingo C, un moderno e confortevole bungalow situato di fronte all'iconica Playa Flamingo di sabbia bianca a Playa Blanca. Questo alloggio è ideale per le famiglie che desiderano godersi una vacanza al mare con tutti i comfort necessari.
Il bungalow ha una capacità di 3 adulti ed è distribuito in 1 camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, aria condizionata e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Dispone di 1 bagno completo con doccia. La superficie totale della proprietà è di 55 metri quadrati, perfetta per un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente.
La cucina americana è completamente attrezzata con piano cottura in vetroceramica, forno, microonde, frigorifero, caffettiera, tostapane, bollitore e tutti gli utensili necessari per preparare i tuoi pasti. Il soggiorno dispone di un ampio divano, sala da pranzo con capacità per 4 persone, televisione con molteplici canali in varie lingue e accesso diretto alla terrazza con vista sul mare.
Il complesso offre eccellenti servizi comuni che includono piscine standard e riscaldata, zona bambini con giochi, ristoranti, bar, supermercati e attività come calcio e tennis. Inoltre, l'appartamento dispone di cassaforte, connessione WiFi e aria condizionata a gettoni.
La posizione è privilegiata, a soli 50 metri da Flamingo Beach e a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto vecchio di Playa Blanca. Nei dintorni troverai il supermercato Playa Flamingo a 30 metri, Aqualava a 600 metri, Golf Puerto del Carmen a 24 chilometri e l'aeroporto di Guacimeta a 35 chilometri. La spiaggia dispone di lettini, ombrelloni ed è protetta da rocce naturali che fungono da frangiflutti.

The property wasn’t clean / ready when we arrived which was a shame as had to wait hours for it to be sorted. Was hard to contact management as it was a Sunday.

We were very happy with this appartment in Playa Flamingo,the location is beautiful, close to restaurants, the beach and a lovely promenade which brings you as far as the gorgeous Marina Rubicon and in the other direction to the lighthouse. The area is beautifully kept and clean. The appartment was clean and well equipped and a perfect base from which to explore Lanzarote

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was lovely package on arrival - milk, some nibbles and biscuits, cereal, and a bottle of wine :-) The kitchen was well equipped with cutle...vedi di più
We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was lovely package on arrival - milk, some nibbles and biscuits, cereal, and a bottle of wine :-) The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, tableware and utensils. The bathroom was nice, good water pressure in the shower, and it was well maintained. It is a nice and spacious unit, though a little hot in the evenings compared to outside. An AC unitvent in the living area would make it even better. There was an issue with the wi-fi which they went out of their way to try to fix. Unfortunately it did not work for long, but this wasn't their fault as it seemed to be a wider problem at the resort. When trying to fix the issue they were polite and prompt and kept us informed. Overall, a very nice stay and we would definitely consider returning

This apartment was a really lovely place to stay. Quiet but close to all of the pools, near to the restaurants on the beach, very clean and airy. We were surprised to see how everything you might need had been provided but the space still felt clear of clutter. The terrace is great for sunbathing, the bed is comfy and opening the bedroom shutters on hot days let's air travel through the whole place. We loved it and would definitely return. Parking is easy, which if you're using a hire car to explore the island is good news. Great all round, very secure and a good base for a great holiday.

It was a cold week for Lanzarote and there was no heating. The toilet needed bleach to remove stains. Heavy rain caused water to come in under the door. There were nice tea cups...vedi di più

There were nice tea cups, but no tea-pot (I bought one and left it). Salt and pepper would have been good - the first place I've stayed that doesn't have them.
