Villa Leonard è una spaziosa villa-duplex su due piani situata a Playa Blanca, l'enclave turistico più meridionale di Lanzarote. Questa proprietà ideale per le famiglie si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale, a soli 1,6 km dal parco acquatico Aqualava e a 1,9 km dalle bellissime spiagge di Playa Blanca centro e Playa Flamingo.
Con una superficie di circa 90 m² distribuiti su due piani, la villa offre ampiezza e comfort per fino a 8 persone. Dispone di viste panoramiche sulla montagna e sul giardino, fornendo un ambiente sereno e rilassante durante tutto il vostro soggiorno.
La proprietà dispone di 4 camere da letto strategicamente distribuite: due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali al primo piano (una con balcone privato), una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, e un'altra camera da letto con letto singolo. Questa configurazione garantisce comfort e privacy per tutti gli ospiti.
I 2 bagni completamente attrezzati includono uno con vasca al primo piano e un altro con piatto doccia al piano terra, garantendo accessibilità e comfort per tutta la famiglia.
La cucina indipendente è completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, congelatore, microonde, forno, lavatrice, caffettiera, tostapane, bollitore, spremiagrumi e completa stoviglie e posate, permettendo di preparare i pasti con facilità.
Il sistema di climatizzazione include aria condizionata nel soggiorno e nelle camere da letto principali, garantendo comfort durante tutto l'anno. La connessione WiFi gratuita mantiene gli ospiti connessi, mentre il televisore con più lingue (spagnolo, inglese, tedesco, olandese, francese e norvegese) e il lettore DVD offrono intrattenimento per tutta la famiglia.
Le aree esterne sono il punto di forza di questa villa. Goditi una piscina privata riscaldata di 8x4 metri e un'altra piscina standard delle stesse dimensioni, entrambe in un lotto recintato di 584 m² che garantisce totale privacy. Il giardino arredato, la spaziosa terrazza con zona barbecue e il balcone offrono molteplici spazi per rilassarsi e godersi il clima mediterraneo.
I servizi aggiuntivi includono parcheggio coperto nello stesso edificio, cassaforte, asse da stiro, asciugacapelli e accesso all'intrattenimento con DVD. La villa è completamente attrezzata per un soggiorno senza preoccupazioni.
Posizione strategica: A 2 km dal centro di Playa Blanca e dalla stazione degli autobus, a 2,2 km dal supermercato Hiperdino, a 6 km dal Parco Naturale Los Ajaches con la famosa Spiaggia di Papagayo (votata come la migliore spiaggia della Spagna), a 25 km dal Golf Club Puerto del Carmen e dal parco tematico Rancho Texas Park, e a 35 km dall'aeroporto di Guacimeta.
Playa Blanca è una destinazione ideale per le famiglie che cercano di combinare spiagge paradisiache, attività acquatiche e facile accesso alle principali attrazioni di Lanzarote. L'ampio lungomare consente di godere di passeggiate da Las Coloradas al Faro di Pechiguera, dove potrete contemplare indimenticabili tramonti. Da qui è facile visitare il Parco Nazionale di Timanfaya e le Montagne del Fuoco in soli 20 minuti in auto.

Fantastic stay at the Villa. Very clean, very comfortable. The facilities are great for entertaining older kids(pool table, dart board and private pool). We had a couple of good bbq’s and the IPTV was a bonus if you fancied chilling in front of the Tvedi di più

We had a couple of good bbq’s and the IPTV was a bonus if you fancied chilling in front of the TV in the evening. Location is roughly a 15 minute walk in to Playa Blanca town(if you are prepared to do a bit of cross country). We walked in to town and had a taxi back(4 euros). Private secure parking also added to the experience. All together a great stay. Many thanks The Gibbs Family

We were able to find the property easily from the full and detailed information Dreams provided. From the moment we stepped into the electronic gates securing the property we said 'wow'. The outside area is huge, the pool is a great size and they have all the amenities you require. It was very clean and provided a safe, secure and peaceful environment. The villa was like a home from home with all the amenities that you could want. We stayed for 23 days and did not want to leave. Dreams and the owners Stacey and Rob couldn't do enough for us. I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

Incredible house, quiet location and somewhere I would stay again. There's a nice little corner shop across the road which is well stocked, and 5 mins walk is a lovely local pub doing cheap rustic food.

The pool and games area were perfect for when you fancy staying at home and relaxing. The garden was lovely and a pleasure to spend time lounging in. Amenities were good, with a fully equipped kitchen, tv with satellite and Netflix and washing machine. We couldn’t ask for any more and are already looking to book for next year!
