Villa Alegría is a magnificent property located in the south of the island of Lanzarote.
It is perfectly equipped and has four bedrooms with a total capacity for 8 people.
The living room and dining room overlook the pool area. The furniture is of high quality and is very well preserved.
Villa Alegria has air conditioning / heating, international TV channels and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge / freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and toaster.
In the garden area there is a heated pool without additional cost between the months of November and May (other seasons have an additional cost). Pool heats between 26ºC-28ºC maximum and you will have to cover during the night.
You will also have special towels for exclusive use in the pool area.
On the terrace there are individual sun loungers where you can relax comfortably while enjoying the sun during your stay. There is also a large table / dining room with 8 chairs and a barbecue area for cookouts.
It also has available for use: iron, washing machine, safe, free Internet access (WiFi), outdoor parking area, TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

Playa Blanca is located south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave of the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a point of note and of great interest to those who visit the island.
A small sandy beach located in the center of town gives its name to the place. With a marked fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only tourist but also cultural, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.
The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo, where the first documented conquerors entered, continue to maintain a halo of mystery as they are located within the Ajaches Natural Monument with its almost two kilometers where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.
Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that borders almost all its coastline and will allow you to enjoy walks that will take you from the Coloradas to the Pechiguera Lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
From Playa Blanca it is easy to travel to visit the island by car. You will find the Timanfaya National Park just 20 minutes away, within which are the Montañas del Fuego, one of the enclave points of the island that should not be missed during your visit as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
The island has 9 official Tourist Centers and on its website cactlanzarote has all the information you need.
We also recommend a visit to the César Manrique Foundation where you can learn a lot about this local artist whose architectural and sculptural works are visible throughout the island of Lanzarote.

Villa Alegria is tucked away in a quiet residential street. The villa furniture is quite old and dated, however, it had everything we required and we felt very at home during our stay. The pool and sun loungers were excellent and the garden is huge and has complete privacy. As there was only 2 of us, we didn't use the downstairs area so can't comment on the basement facilities. We enjoyed a very relaxing 7 days in a nice villa, fantastic pool with great weather. We would highly recommend Villa Alegria and can't wait until we return. Special mention to the Dream Homes Team (Guja and Raul) who were excellent in sorting out an issue with the villa alarm and wifi for us.
Also a huge thanks for the welcome pack which consisted of bottled water, milk, and food in the fridge. It was very welcome and meant we didn't have to visit the shops to stock up immediately. A very nice touch.

Una casa bastante grande para estar hasta 8 personas cómodamente aunque la cocina se quedaría muy justa para tanta gente. Nosotros éramos dos y una de las plantas ni la pisamos. El trato con la propiedad, perfecto con atención inmediata y facilitándonos soluciones a nuestras peticiones. Gracias Guja!

Debían haber venido a mitad de la estancia a limpiar la piscina y cambiar toallas pero no vinieron, si bien es cierto que coincidió dos días de festivo, quizá fue por eso. En nuestro caso no fue grave ya que la piscina estaba limpia y había toallas en todos los baños con lo cual tuvimos suficientes. Imagino que si nos hubiésemos quejado hubiesen venido a limpiar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist so gut wie nicht einsehbar und von den Nachbarn hört man höchstens mal etwas. Die Minigolf Bahnen sind eine sehr gute Idee und sorgen für Abwechslung. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass ein paar Sonnenschirme fehlen.
