This beautiful property is located within large plot that include a good sized pool and a large terrace with BBQ area.
The interior of the villa has an elegant design that offers a unique combination of bold colors.
It also has a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need during your stay with ceramic hobs and; fridge / freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and toaster.
Villa Alba also has modern amenities such as flat screen TV with international channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). You will also find a CD player, DVD.
Outside, the inviting gardens and private pool offer a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine on the sun loungers next to the pool.
The pool has a heat pump that is activated at no additional cost between November and May (check the rest of the season price). Its temperature ranges between 26ºC-28ºC maximum. You should cover it at night so that it retains its heat.
You will also have special towels for exclusive use in the pool of the property.
It also has available for use: washing machine, safe, free Internet access (WiFi),outdoor parking area
The center of the lively resort of Playa Blanca and the nearest beach, just 10 minutes walk away, where a variety of facilities, including restaurants, bars and shops are on offer.

A small sandy beach located in the center of town gives its name to the place. With a marked fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only tourist but also cultural, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.
The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo, where the first documented conquerors entered, continue to maintain a halo of mystery as they are located within the Ajaches Natural Monument with its almost two kilometers where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.
Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that borders almost all its coastline and will allow you to enjoy walks that will take you from the Coloradas to the Pechiguera Lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
From Playa Blanca it is easy to travel to visit the island by car. You will find the Timanfaya National Park just 20 minutes away, within which are the Montañas del Fuego, one of the enclave points of the island that should not be missed during your visit as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
The island has 9 official Tourist Centers and on its website cactlanzarote has all the information you need.
We also recommend a visit to the César Manrique Foundation where you can learn a lot about this local artist whose architectural and sculptural works are visible throughout the island of Lanzarote.

I have just returned from a 2 week stay we were a party of 3 adults and 2 children. The villa was perfect when we arrived there was a lovely care package which was great to save us...plus

I would love to stay here again and we are already thinking of booking again for next year.

We all struggled a little with the beds they were not very comfortable. In particular, the pillows were dreadful and we actually looked to but pillows while shopping something Ibse...plus

In particular, the pillows were dreadful and we actually looked to but pillows while shopping something Ibsen never considered doing on holiday before. Everything in the villa is a little tired. It has obviously been well used. All of the wooden furniture outside was quite wobbly, especially the loungers. The pool, although billed as being heated, was cold despite a noisy heater being on pretty much constantly.

During your stay we had an unusually cold weather due to the cold air coming from the north as you know and taking into account that the pool is outdoors, it is very difficult to maintain the temperature even if you cover it at night.
Precisely to keep the pool warm we have the heat pump in operation so that it does not cool more than it should.
We will take into account all your comments and hope to see you again on the island.
