This attractive property is located within a spacious plot that includes: a heated private swimming pool and a large terrace with a BBQ area.
The interior of the villa-duplex features an elegant design that offers a unique combination of striking colours.
It also has a modern kitchen equipped with everything necessary for your stay. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with; fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and toaster.
The villa is well equipped with a range of modern amenities although it also has a CD player, DVD player and TV.
Outside, the gardens and private pool offer an ideal space to relax and make the most of the sunshine.
The pool has a heat pump which is activated at an additional cost. Its temperature ranges between 26°C-28°C maximum. You must cover it at night so it retains its heat.
The centre of the lively town of Playa Blanca and the nearest beach, just a 10-minute walk away, where a variety of facilities, including restaurants, bars and shops are on offer.
Equally available for your use: washing machine, safe, free Internet access (WiFi), outdoor parking area, television with international channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

We had a brilliant week at this property. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, the outdoor area a good size, and the pool lovely. It was a great choice!

I have just returned from a 2 week stay we were a party of 3 adults and 2 children. The villa was perfect when we arrived there was a lovely care package which was great to save us rushing to the shops. The villa was spotless and in a very quiet locasee more

The villa was exactly as described and spacious considering it looks quite small. We were a family of four and a couple. The basement, although dark, was perfect for the children to have their own space. Well equipped villa.

We all struggled a little with the beds they were not very comfortable. In particular, the pillows were dreadful and we actually looked to but pillows while shopping something Ibsen never considered doing on holiday before. Everything in the villa issee more

In particular, the pillows were dreadful and we actually looked to but pillows while shopping something Ibsen never considered doing on holiday before. Everything in the villa is a little tired. It has obviously been well used. All of the wooden furniture outside was quite wobbly, especially the loungers. The pool, although billed as being heated, was cold despite a noisy heater being on pretty much constantly.

During your stay we had an unusually cold weather due to the cold air coming from the north as you know and taking into account that the pool is outdoors, it is very difficult to maintain the temperature even if you cover it at night. Precisely to keep the pool warm we have the heat pump in operation so that it does not cool more than it should. We will take into account all your comments and hope to see you again on the island.
