General conditions
• There is a refundable damage deposit of €300, payable 6 weeks before
arrival. The deposit will be refunded approximately 7 days after the guests’ departure.
• Dream Homes Rentals will handle all payments from guests

Check-in from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out from 08:00 to 10:00
Guests must provide their address when booking. Any check-in or check-out outside normal hours is subject to request.
• With the entry into force of Royal Decree 933/2021, the new guest registration requirements will come into effect on 2 December 2024. For this reason, 14 days before your arrival you will receive a registration form (online check-in). Under the Royal Decree, it is mandatory to complete ALL questions, as well as to provide the details and identification documents of all persons, whether adults or minors, including babies. The authorities will not allow you to access the property without completing the form.

• If the guest cancels up to 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 30%.
• If the guest cancels up to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 50%.
• The cancellation fee will be 100% if the guest cancels within 14 days of arrival.
• Upon cancelling the booking, the guest will ALWAYS forfeit the full amount of the initial payment (30%)
