The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout the property, ensuring comfort all year round. The living area includes a sofa and satellite television with multiple languages available (Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and more). Additionally, it has a safe for storing your valuables.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your meals. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property.

The exterior of the villa is exceptional, surrounded by a 200 square metre garden with garden furniture and barbecue area. It features two terraces with views of the Ajaches promontory and its volcanoes, offering spectacular views. The property has a private swimming pool of 8 x 3 metres, heated and available upon request with an additional cost, maintained between 26-28ºC throughout the year.
