The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed, whilst the other two bedrooms are equipped with 3 single beds strategically distributed. Two full bathrooms with shower, one on each floor, guarantee the comfort of all guests during their stay.

The exterior facilities are exceptional. The property features a private heated swimming pool with a heat pump that maintains a temperature between 26°C and 28°C. Pool heating is available upon request and has an additional cost of €15 per day, all year round. From the upper floor terrace you will enjoy panoramic sea views, whilst the main terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The furnished garden complements these outdoor spaces.

The interior of the villa is completely equipped for your comfort. The independent kitchen includes a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. The living room and master bedroom have air conditioning, whilst ceiling fans cool the other bedrooms. Television with international channels in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese, safe and complete alarm system complete the amenities.

The villa has high-speed WiFi connection and a washing machine for greater convenience. Outdoor parking in the same building is available for guests.

Located in a charming urbanisation just 900 metres from the beautiful Coloradas beach, the property is strategically close to all services. The Hiper Dino supermarket is 600 metres away, the San Marcial Rubicón bus stop is 600 metres away, and Playa Blanca town centre is 2.6 kilometres away. The El Pueblo shopping centre with cafés and restaurants is just 1.1 kilometres away.

Playa Blanca is the third most important tourist resort in Lanzarote, located in the south of the island in the municipality of Yaiza.
