Welcome to Villa OLIVA, your private refuge in Playa Blanca. This cosy, fully equipped villa is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends. With capacity for up to 4 people, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay in southern Lanzarote. The property accepts small pets (maximum 2 pets, 7kg each).
The villa features 2 spacious bedrooms, both with double beds, and 110 m² of space so you can enjoy plenty of room and comfort. Additionally, it has 2 full bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub, perfect for all guests to feel at home.
The independent kitchen with a ceramic hob is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. You will also find a washing machine for your convenience and a safe for storing your valuables.
Enjoy entertainment with satellite television available in several languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian and Arabic) and high-speed WiFi connection throughout the property.
The exterior is simply spectacular. The villa features a 30 m² terrace, garden furniture and a fenced plot of 200 m² that provides you with complete privacy. Additionally, you have access to a private heated swimming pool of 2.5 x 4 metres. The heated pool is available upon request with an additional cost of €15 per day, throughout the year.
The open-air private car park in the same building makes your arrival and departure straightforward.
Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is strategically situated close to everything you need. Just 900 metres away you'll find the beautiful Playa Coloradas Beach, 600 metres away the Hiper Dino supermarket and the San Marcial Rubicon bus stop. Playa Blanca city centre is 2.6 km away, and you have access to restaurants and cafés just 1.1 km away at C.C. El Pueblo.
For nature lovers, the Los Ajaches Natural Park with the spectacular Papagayo Beach is 1.9 km away, and if you're looking for water fun, Aqualava is 4.7 km away. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the Puerto del Carmen Golf Club 22 km away, and César Manrique Airport is 29 km away.
