Welcome to Playa Flamingo C, a modern and comfortable bungalow located in front of the iconic Playa Flamingo with white sand in Playa Blanca. This accommodation is ideal for families seeking to enjoy a seaside holiday with all the necessary comforts.
The bungalow has capacity for 3 adults and is distributed in 1 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a sofa bed in the living room. It has 1 full bathroom with shower. The total area of the property is 55 square metres, perfect for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. The living room has a spacious sofa, dining area with capacity for 4 people, television with multiple channels in several languages and direct access to the terrace with sea views.
The complex offers excellent shared services including standard and heated swimming pools, children's area with games, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and activities such as football and tennis. In addition, the apartment has a safe, WiFi connection and coin-operated air conditioning.
The location is privileged, just 50 metres from Flamingo Beach and a 10-minute walk from the old port of Playa Blanca. In the surrounding area you will find Playa Flamingo supermarket 30 metres away, Aqualava 600 metres away, Golf Puerto del Carmen 24 kilometres away and Guacimeta airport 35 kilometres away. The beach has sun loungers, umbrellas and is protected by natural rocks that act as breakwaters.
Bedding and towels are provided. Parking is external. Smoking is permitted on the property. Young groups are welcome. Pets are not allowed.

The property wasn’t clean / ready when we arrived which was a shame as had to wait hours for it to be sorted. Was hard to contact management as it was a Sunday.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was lovely package on arrival - milk, some nibbles and biscuits, cereal, and a bottle of wine :-) The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, tableware and utensils. The bathroom was nice, good water pressure in the shower, and it was well maintained. It is a nice and spacious unit, though a little hot in the evenings compared to outside. An AC unitvent in the living area would make it even better. There was an issue with the wi-fi which they went out of their way to try to fix. Unfortunately it did not work for long, but this wasn't their fault as it seemed to be a wider problem at the resort. When trying to fix the issue they were polite and prompt and kept us informed. Overall, a very nice stay and we would definitely consider returning

This apartment was a really lovely place to stay. Quiet but close to all of the pools, near to the restaurants on the beach, very clean and airy. We were surprised to see how everything you might need had been provided but the space still felt clear of clutter. The terrace is great for sunbathing, the bed is comfy and opening the bedroom shutters on hot days let's air travel through the whole place. We loved it and would definitely return. Parking is easy, which if you're using a hire car to explore the island is good news. Great all round, very secure and a good base for a great holiday.

It was a cold week for Lanzarote and there was no heating. The toilet needed bleach to remove stains. Heavy rain caused water to come in under the door. There were nice tea cups...see more

There were nice tea cups, but no tea-pot (I bought one and left it). Salt and pepper would have been good - the first place I've stayed that doesn't have them.

We were very happy with this appartment in Playa Flamingo,the location is beautiful, close to restaurants, the beach and a lovely promenade which brings you as far as the gorgeous Marina Rubicon and in the other direction to the lighthouse. The area is beautifully kept and clean. The appartment was clean and well equipped and a perfect base from which to explore Lanzarote
