Villa Leonard is a spacious two-storey villa-duplex located in Playa Blanca, the southernmost tourist enclave in Lanzarote. This ideal property for families is situated in a quiet residential area, just 1.6 km from Aqualava water park and 1.9 km from the beautiful beaches of Playa Blanca centre and Playa Flamingo.
With a surface area of approximately 90 m² distributed over two floors, the villa offers spaciousness and comfort for up to 8 people. It features panoramic views of the mountain and garden, providing a serene and relaxing environment throughout your stay.
The property has 4 bedrooms strategically distributed: two bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor (one with a private balcony), a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another bedroom with a single bed. This configuration guarantees comfort and privacy for all guests.
The 2 fully equipped bathrooms include one with a bathtub on the first floor and another with a shower tray on the ground floor, ensuring accessibility and comfort for the whole family.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and complete crockery and cutlery, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.
The air conditioning system includes air conditioning in the lounge and main bedrooms, guaranteeing comfort throughout the year. Free WiFi connection keeps guests connected, whilst the television with multiple languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French and Norwegian) and DVD player offer entertainment for the whole family.
The outdoor areas are the strong point of this villa. Enjoy a private heated swimming pool of 8x4 metres and another standard pool of the same size, both on a fenced plot of 584 m² that guarantees total privacy. The furnished garden, the spacious terrace with barbecue area and the balcony offer multiple spaces to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
Additional services include covered parking in the same building, safe, iron, hair dryer and access to DVD entertainment. The villa is fully equipped for a worry-free stay.
Strategic location: 2 km from Playa Blanca town centre and the bus station, 2.2 km from Hiperdino supermarket, 6 km from Los Ajaches Natural Park with the famous Papagayo Beach (voted as the best beach in Spain), 25 km from Puerto del Carmen Golf Club and Rancho Texas Park theme park, and 35 km from Guacimeta airport.
Playa Blanca is an ideal destination for families seeking to combine paradisiacal beaches, water activities and easy access to the main attractions of Lanzarote. The extensive seafront promenade allows you to enjoy walks from Las Coloradas to the Pechiguera Lighthouse, where you can contemplate unforgettable sunsets. From here it is easy to visit Timanfaya National Park and the Fire Mountains in just 20 minutes by car.

Fantastic stay at the Villa. Very clean, very comfortable. The facilities are great for entertaining older kids(pool table, dart board and private pool). We had a couple of good bbq’s and the IPTV was a bonus if you fancied chilling in front of the TV in the evening. Location is roughly a 15 minute walk in to Playa Blanca town(if you are prepared to do a bit of cross country). We walked in to town and had a taxi back(4 euros). Private secure parking also added to the experience. All together a great stay. Many thanks The Gibbs Family

We were able to find the property easily from the full and detailed information Dreams provided. From the moment we stepped into the electronic gates securing the property we said 'wow'. The outside area is huge, the pool is a great size and they have all the amenities you require. It was very clean and provided a safe, secure and peaceful environment. The villa was like a home from home with all the amenities that you could want. We stayed for 23 days and did not want to leave. Dreams and the owners Stacey and Rob couldn't do enough for us. I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

Villa Leonard was a beautiful villa with great facilities and private driveway. It’s located in a quiet area, just a 25 minute walk from Playa Blanca, with a handy little shop across the road. The pool and games area were perfect for when you fancy staying at home and relaxing. The garden was lovely and a pleasure to spend time lounging in. Amenities were good, with a fully equipped kitchen, tv with satellite and Netflix and washing machine. We couldn’t ask for any more and are already looking to book for next year!
